Why did we change?

At Veteran Energy, our commitment to the best customer service is constant. These changes are designed to make your total experience a better one.

What’s new?

1. Our logo

We updated our look to reflect our support for veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families. We redesigned our logo as a V with a medal on a ribbon, as though it were around the neck of one of our Armed Forces’ heroes. We believe this is a more iconic, more inclusive graphic representation of us and our values.

2. Your account number 

We’ve switched our payment system to a more flexible option that makes it easier to respond to our customers’ needs. As a result, you have been given a new account number. You can see your new account number by logging into your online account.

3. Our payment address 

The security of your information has always been our top priority, and your personal information will remain confidential at all times. Our payment system is more efficient and allows us to process your payments quick.

  • If you pay your invoices by mail: Please use this address for all payments:

  • If you have set up recurring payments: They will transition to our new billing system automatically. No action is needed from you.
  • If you pay by phone: While our fee schedule hasn’t changed, please note that, while we transition that part of our payment module, you may be charged a fee of $4.95 for any payment made by phone. The fee is still just $2.25, however, so $2.70 out of your $4.95 payment will be refunded back to you. We appreciate your patience and expect to have that updated shortly. [Note: There is no longer a fee for any payment made directly through Veteran Energy.]

4. Our website

In addition to updating our logo and color scheme, we’ve revamped the entire site with an exciting new look and more information on our mission and how we fulfill it. We think this will give you a more complete picture of The Power to Give Back™.

5. Your online account management

If you prefer to manage your account online, we’ll process your requests faster. You’ll see the difference.

6. Your bill

However you get your bill, it has been redesigned so it is easier to understand your energy usage, your charges and other relevant information. A quick overview of how to read your bill is available here.
