Out with the old, and in with the new! For 2017, we’ve rolled out a new website.
We knew we were ready for a new look, but we also wanted to make the site easier to use. So we started with website traffic and user feedback to learn what you used the most. We also looked at what you needed but couldn’t always find.
A lot of customers regularly use their online accounts to make payments, renew rates and view billing statements, so we made sure we have a link to that on every page. And we made the button red so it didn’t get lost in all of the other menu options. (Plus, it just looks nice, and we have a weakness for using that beautiful red, white and blue color palette wherever we can.)
And we know you wanted the site to work from your smart phone or tablet as well as your computer, so we updated that as well. Right now, only the main website is responsive, but we’re working on updating the online account. Don’t forget you can also use our mobile app for Apple and Android.
You may also notice our Affinity Partner list looks a little different. We work with so many fantastic organizations that work to make a difference for our military and veterans, and we were having a hard time keeping up with adding every group. When we started redesigning the site, we realized we just had too many to list without some getting lost in the shuffle. So, we listed the top five Affinity Partners that we do the most work with and that most of our customers choose to give back to. We still work with many organizations not listed on our main page, so look to our blog for updates on the projects we do with other partners.
